and “Urutora Tsukemen,” which is limited to 20 servings.

Since it was my first visit, I ordered the basic “Kokuton Shio Ramen”

I waited about 20 minutes and went to the counter.

After waiting about 15 minutes, I was seated at the counter

By the way, there are only counter seats in the restaurant.

About 5 minutes later, the bowl of noodles arrived!

The soup is bubbly, thick and stirred with a mixer.

The creamy pork bone broth has a seafood aroma, and when you take a sip, you can feel the richness of the soup.

The soup is rich but not cloying, and the taste is indescribable.
It is rich, but not cloying.

The noodles are homemade and flattened.

The soup is so thick that it goes down with the noodles.

The ingredients are also perfect.

The chashu pork is meaty and has a great flavor.

The seasoned eggs and pickled bamboo shoots are also seasoned to take advantage of the soup.
