Introduction
The store is a renovated 80-year-old townhouse.
After passing through the store gate and through the low door, you will find a classic modern space,
A classic modern space renovated from a Kyoto machiya.
The entrance is so modest in its assertiveness that you might inadvertently walk past it.
Passing through the gate, you will pass through a path of seasonal plants
to the door of the back of the house.
The menu of this store is basically, only hand-weaved sushi.
The interesting thing is that it is a completely vegan meal,
Seasonal vegetables are placed in the center.
The side dishes include tempura, vegetables, and sweets.
The side dishes are beautifully arranged with tempura, side dishes, and mizu-gashi,
and yakumi.
I was very satisfied with the original view of the world and the cuisine.
I had no idea about the concept of the restaurant, but the food was very elaborate and delicious.
It felt like a blissful time to relax and taste various things in a very quiet space. The presentation was also wonderful. Thank you very much.
There were many couples and foreign customers.
We were able to enjoy a relaxing meal in a calm Japanese modern space.
What came out was very beautifully arranged hand woven sushi.
I was very impressed when it came out.
I couldn’t help but let out a squeal when the dish came out.
It is wonderful and exciting.
The combination is up to you.
I don’t know which one is best to roll up and eat.
But it doesn’t matter.
You can eat it as is, rolled up, or on rice.
They’ve done so much with vegetables and fruit.
I am impressed.
