Introduction
It feels very upscale and luxurious.
I heard that the Los Angeles restaurant has won Michelin four years in a row.
That’s impressive.
The restaurant was full and busy, but first of all, I liked the temperature of the neta and rice.
I also liked the balance between the rice and the neta.
It was my first time to try the red vinegar rice, and it was delicious.
I think you can easily order from a wide variety of items, from high-end to casual.
Ordering is done on a touch panel and the items flow up and down the lanes.
The sushi is expensive, but the rice is made with red sushi vinegar and the fish is fresh.
The interior of the sushi restaurant is modern and you would not expect it to be a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant.
Perhaps because of its location in Shijo-Kawaramachi, there are many foreign customers.
The first thing that surprised me when I entered the restaurant was its unique interior design and space.
The interior design, which is reminiscent of Kyoto tradition, is so delicate and luxurious that I almost wondered if the restaurant was really a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.
I thought to myself, “This place could be used for a date or for entertaining guests.
The kitchen in the back of the restaurant is open to the public, and you can see the sushi chefs making sushi.
The black vinegar rice, a recent trend, tastes the same as it looks, but it is delicious. The rice is cooked a little firmer and has a good texture.
Sushi is a must, so I ordered tuna and unotan (sea urchin).
The peony-undan was fresh and refreshing. The tuna is also made from good lean tuna.
I think the tuna at this restaurant is delicious.
It is close to the station, so please go there.
You can taste Japanese sushi.
