The Yakiniku Yazawa brand was created to promote Japanese black beef and yakiniku, one of Japan’s most popular food cultures, throughout the world.

First visit to Yakiniku Yazawa, which is also located near Tokyo Station.

The entrance also has an innovative design not often seen in Kyoto (see photo).

The yakiniku is cooked just right by the waiter. The service is excellent.

The teppan (iron plate) is changed after each dish is cooked. No oil remains.

I ordered 10 kinds of meat, so they changed it 10 times.

I don’t mind if they don’t go that far.

I thought that was the kind of service they wanted to provide in their performance, and I was grateful for it.

The sirloin with a melting point of 15 degrees Celsius is a signature menu item with melt-in-your-mouth tenderness! Yazawa-yaki.

Each person can enjoy one piece of the sirloin.

The meat is selected from among A5 grade sirloins by our skilled chefs, who carefully select the meat quality and the degree of sinewiness.

After being grilled, the meat is dipped in a special sauce called “Toro Yolk Sauce.

This is made from “Japan’s best” eggs, which are also used for yukke, and Tororo with soup stock.

By wrapping the sirloin around, the thick special sauce is easily entangled with the sirloin.
