The fu was really soft and full of flavor.
As one would expect from such a popular product.
I was surprised that each dengaku miso was a perfect match with each other.

The dumplings were sticky and very tasty. In particular, the sauce on the dumplings was wonderfully flavorful and complemented the taste of the dumplings.

It was a large dashimaki tamago with nori and tsukemono, and while it was by no means a classic burger, it had a cohesive flavor and was delicious!

Dashimaki Rice Burger. The rice bun is filled with dashimaki (thick fried bean curd), shibazuke (Saga pickles), shiso leaves, nori (seaweed), takuan (pickled radish), and all Japanese ingredients.
The dashimaki seems to be baked to order!
The rice is delicious with the aroma of burnt soy sauce, dashimaki, shibazuke pickles, shiso leaves, and takuan (pickled radish), each with its own flavor and texture! The other rice burger I ordered, which was not a dashimaki but a thick fried rice burger, was equally good!
It was truly a new food sensation!

9,Yoshiya Main Street Store

yuba cheese 500yen

The outside is yuba with a soft crispy batter.
Inside is surimi with cheese.


The texture contrast between the cheese and the moderately elastic surimi is nice.
It is not a food where you can taste the flavor of yuba, but it is an easy gourmet dish that makes good use of yuba.

The croquettes, made from 100% Kyoto beef, are spicy, hot and scalding hot.
There are various types of beef, such as Kobe beef, but I found that Kyoto beef is also quite tasty.
It tastes good even when it is cold.
It is a great place to eat and walk around.
