Introduction
Torisei is a long-established and well-known restaurant owned by a sake brewery in Fushimi.
Kyoto Tower B1 is a food court, and Torisei is located in one corner here.
The back of the restaurant is a proper storefront, so we took a table here.
I looked at the menu and ordered yakitori (kimo, tsukune, tori) with sauce, as it is Torisei after all. The sauce is rich and exquisitely cooked.
I think I would prefer the rich sake to beer. A set of three types of sake tasting.
The set was quite interesting, ranging from rich to light and easy to drink.
I ordered a variety of yakitori skewers, all of which were delicious.
The meat was thick and plump.
The chicken wings, sand chicken, the top of the yakitori, and the joint were especially tasty.
While the restaurant was highly rated, I wondered for a while if it would be okay because it was a food hall, but I was able to enjoy very tasty food.
