Introduction

When it comes to confectionery in Kyoto, Mar Blanche is one of the most famous. This is the main store of Mar Blanche.

The store has a high ceiling and clean white walls.

I was served the mont blanc and tea, which I was looking for.

Freshly squeezed Mont Blanc with marron cream squeezed in front of you.
I was told that I could choose my favorite rum to flavor the chopped chestnuts for decoration, so I chose Dillon Trevue Rum VSOP, a French rum, from a selection of three types of rum.
The lady at the restaurant came to our table with a wagon and finished off the Mont Blanc by squeezing the marron creme in front of us.
The elderly couple sitting next to us also stared at us and applauded at the end!
There is no rum in the marron cream, but the rum aroma from the chopped chestnuts makes you feel very happy.
The Mont Blanc cream is generous, and the mousse glace that serves as the base is deliciously cold.

To go with the Mont Blanc, we had a cup of black tea made from Mar Blanche’s original tea produced in Kyoto.
The tea has a refreshing aroma.
