Introduction
Kirameki has several stores in Kyoto.
This one is relatively new and is located in Kawaramachi Sanjo.
The restaurant is always full, with customers coming in constantly, probably due to its location and name recognition.
It is a small restaurant with a counter and a few tables, and the meal ticket at the entrance is the same as at other restaurants.
The meal ticket here was a touch screen selection on the screen.
The staff is large and comfortable to watch, with a good turnover.
I tried the Taiwanese Mazesoba.
You can choose from small, medium, and large sizes, and I chose small. It meant that I could choose the amount of noodles I wanted.
There were instructions on how to eat Taiwanese mazesoba on the table.
When served, first stir the whole dish with chopsticks and eat.
After eating some of it, change the flavor with the seasonings on the table.
When the noodles are gone, add rice and stir to finish eating.
This is what I did.
I did exactly as he said, and it was really delicious any way I tried it!
I was impressed by how tasty mazesoba is! I was impressed by how good it tasted.
The noodles were thick, not too much, but with the egg and other ingredients, it was very satisfying.
The lemon pepper and vinegar seasonings were delicious.
As for the ramen, it is light and simple.
There are shoyu ramen, miso ramen, and tantanmen.
All are delicious and highly recommended.
This restaurant is also very popular, and they are opening more and more stores.
