Introduction
hi.
Today we will introduce you to a ramen near Kyoto Station.
It is very delicious and I keep going there.
Make sure to order ramen and fried rice for this ramen.
It is soy sauce ramen so it is very light.
There are many branches.
Shinpuku Saikan is one of Kyoto’s long-established ramen stores along with “Tenka Ippin” and others.
Founded in 1938 in the form of a food stall,
the store was opened in 1944 on the east side of the current Kyoto Station!
Among the many Kyoto ramen,
Shinpuku Shokan’s ramen is characterized by its black,
dark soy sauce broth in a chicken stock base.
It is within walking distance from Kyoto Station and open from morning!
The soy sauce ramen and fried rice are very good.
I think it is the number one store for soy sauce ramen.
It is next to a ramen shop called Daiichi Asahi, which is also famous.
It depends on your taste which one you prefer, but I prefer this store.
Both are well lined up.
Shoyu ramen is made with dark soy sauce and contains grilled pork and bean sprouts.
It has a very deep flavor.
It is a flavor that cannot be found in instant noodles.
The fried rice is stir-fried with soy sauce and has a very soy sauce aroma.
It is quite a large portion, so it will fill you up.

Soy sauce ramen 750yen

fried rice 500yen

roast pork 600yen
