Introduction
This restaurant is unique and offers a variety of toppings for the yukhoe.
I ordered the “standard yukhoe” and “yukhoe with cheese on top.
I ordered the “standard yukhoe” and the “yukhoe with cheese on it.” “Isn’t the standard the best? But when I tried it, I was surprised.
The cheese added a creamy richness that doubled the flavor of the meat!
I regretted my ignorant but knowing idea that “let’s compete with the flavor of the meat”.
Anyway, it was delicious.
The restaurant is clean, not too bright and not too dark.
The table next to ours was separated from the one next to us by a roll curtain, so we were able to relax and enjoy our meal.
I started with the yukke. Although the meat looked quite well-seasoned, the lean meat had a good flavor and was not greasy at all.
The sauce was not too thick or too sweet, but just the right amount of salt.
We were happy to be able to eat Omi beef, Kobe beef, and Matsusaka beef at a reasonable price.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is good and the taste is delicious.
I don’t think people in other countries eat yukke very often,
In Japan, however, you can eat delicious yukke.
Why don’t you try it once?
Private tour guides are also available.
