kyoto ramen NO.2

Update date 2024.5.10

Introduction

Hello.
Today I will introduce some recommended ramen in Kyoto.

It is a ramen noodle shop called Tenka Ippin.

There are more than 200 stores nationwide! Yatai Ramen store originated in Kyoto

Tenka Ippin is a popular ramen chain that originated in Kyoto.

It has stores all over Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa,

including a Honolulu branch in Hawaii, with a combined total of more than 200 stores.

The chicken broth has been improved over the past 3 years and 9 months.

The rich, clean flavor that makes you want to eat it over and over again can be said to be unique to Tenka Ippin.

The first item on Tenka Ippin’s menu is the “kottori” ramen.

It is one of Tenka Ippin’s most popular dishes,

and can even be called their signature dish.

The broth is based on chicken stock and is slowly simmered with plenty of vegetables, resulting in a heavy, thick broth.

When ordering, you can choose thin or regular noodles,

as well as the hardness of the noodles,

the amount of green onions, and with or without garlic, according to your preference. Try different combinations and find your favorite.

The ramen is quite thick and sludgy.

This goes well with the noodles and is very tasty.

There is a national chain, but I feel that the Kyoto flavor is delicious.

You can ask for garlic when ordering ramen, and everyone usually adds it.

Fried rice is also usually delicious.

It is generally seasoned.

There are also ginger-grilled pork and kushikatsu set menus.
