Introduction
This is not yakitori, but a style of cooking chicken on a stone grill.
The platter is their specialty, so we ordered that.
When the platter came out, the waiter carefully explained the chicken and its parts.
I was also thinking that I don’t know how to grill it,
I was grateful that the waiter grilled the first portion for me.
I was surprised when I tried it. Chicken is an ingredient that I usually eat,
I was surprised to see how plump, juicy, and tasty it is when eaten at a restaurant.
I was also pleased to find that the menu has a large variety of a la carte dishes.
This is different from other yakitori restaurants.
We ordered a la carte menu and the closing menu, and we didn’t drink much.
The price was also quite reasonable.
