Introduction

The restaurant was full of both Japanese and foreigners in the tasteful interior.

The shoeboxes do not have locks, so it is difficult to know which one is available, and you have to remember what number you put in.

When you are shown to your seat, you enter a private room through a small entrance that looks like a tea room. The seats are sunken kotatsu-style, and it is a very relaxing space!
The yakitori were all jumbo skewers, which filled me up.

The raw vegetables (Kyoto vegetables) served as appetizers were very simple, but surprisingly delicious. Anyway, the house is wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and that alone was enough for me.

It was a nice Kyoto-like atmosphere with a machiya-style building and a box garden. The food was good as usual.

There was nothing special about the food, but the skewers seemed to be served at the pace of the customers, so we could enjoy them warm. There were many foreign tourists at the restaurant.
