Introduce
Iiwaisan, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ashiya
I visited Iiwaisan in Gion, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ashiya.
There are a counter and a private room, so you can enjoy each situation.
I was happy to see that I could casually enter the restaurant, which I had expected to be a bit more formal in Gion.
We had the dinner course.
I was impressed to see dishes I had never had before.
Not only did they taste great, but they also looked so beautiful that it was a shame to eat them.
I could have looked at them for a while.
The staff’s attention to detail was wonderful, and I would love to visit this restaurant again.
I would love to come again, but it seems to be crowded at lunch time, so reservations are essential.
It was a restaurant that made me glad to be Japanese.
Sushi and tempura go so well together.
It was a course meal, but from the first course to the last, the food was of high quality and wonderfully delicious.
The sushi was delicious, not only the fish, but also the rice.
We were also offered sake from the off-menu menu when we told them what type we prefer.
The restaurant has both a counter and a private room, so it is nice to be able to use them according to your needs.
At the counter, you can watch the sushi being made, so I waited for each dish for a long time.
The location of the restaurant is easy to find and there is an elevator.
The food is a full course. I am glad to have Japanese food that is typical of Kyoto.
In particular, I have not had tempura in a long time.
All the dishes had a certain level of deliciousness, especially the shrimp dock.
